As a significant relationship ends, there are many things that we grieve. There are so many wrong messages about grief so I show you how to handle those myths and how to allow yourself the space to heal from grief correctly.
Some people leave relationships because they know that they deserve to be treated better or to feel happy. Many people don't recognise this. Both types of people don't always know how to show themselves love. We look at what self love really looks like.
Are you beating yourself up about why your relationship broke down? Do you feel like you've let your children, your family, your religion down? Are you angry and can't seem to shake the anger? We work together to understand what letting go really means for us and how we can do it so that we can heal.
With so much worry about the future and all of the practicalities of what is happening in the present, we can forget the live for now. Let me assure you that you are very much alive!
Our brain is very powerful organ. the more we tell it, the more it believes. This is no time to be having a negative and fixed mindset. We work on changing these negative thoughts and begin to reframe.
The future can seem very uncertain. That sense of no control can be overwhelming. With a vision for the future and plan for how to get there, you'll be ready and excited about lays ahead for you.
